The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a Resource Development Events & Data Coordinator to support donor data management, communications, fundraising operations, and event planning across multiple Club sites.

This role emphasizes data integrity, donor stewardship, and coordinating signature events, with opportunities to collaborate with the development team and leadership while contributing to youth outcomes and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and donor management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor and pledge records in CRM with data entry and reporting
• Track donations, pledges, and campaign activity; support stewardship plans
• Coordinate planning and execution of signature events (raffle, gala, Youth of the Year)
• Collaborate with marketing to develop newsletters and donor spotlights
• Provide admin support to senior leaders and drive internal reporting efforts
