Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in workforce development, program management, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience tracking budgets, expenses, and deliverables.
• Strong communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel within the service territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day delivery of assigned MDI programs.
• Oversee program staff, budgets, and client deliverables.
• Maintain reporting accuracy in Salesforce and Power BI.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with partners and customers.
• Develop and implement standard program processes and workflows.
• Assist with monthly invoices and program reporting to clients.
