Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of energy efficiency/engineering experience.
• Alternative: associate’s degree with 7+ years in energy efficiency or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the energy engineering team across commercial, industrial, and residential programs.
• Review and approve engineering analyses, savings calculations, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Coordinate with program management, operations, and clients to align resources and milestones.
• Support customer engagements with technical consultations and site visits.
• Mentor staff through onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Ensure safety policies, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies and tools.
