Job summary

AHRC New York City is seeking an Employment Case Manager for the Bronx Pathway to Employment program. You will support participants with person-centered planning, work readiness training, and meaningful community partnerships to help them achieve employment goals.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (35 hours/week) with occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events. Compensation ranges from $38,000 to $42,000 per year and includes a generous benefits package with free medical

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships.
• Experience instructing, coaching, or mentoring program participants.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate person-centered services for Pathway to Employment participants.
• Lead individual and group activities to develop employment skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and partners.
• Develop relationships with funding sources, schools, and employers.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations.
