Job summary

AHRC New York City seeks an Employment Case Manager for the Bronx Pathway to Employment program. You will coordinate person-centered services, lead individual and group activities, and build partnerships with community providers to help participants achieve their employment goals.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and experience mentoring program participants.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently when needed.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience instructing, coaching, or mentoring program participants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct person centered services for Pathway to Employment and Prevocational services.
• Conduct individual and group activities to develop employment skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funding sources, providers, schools, training sites, employers, participants, and families.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations.
