• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsabilités

• Review and process EA applications for families facing homelessness or energy emergencies.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and verify required documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate benefit issuance.
• Guide families through the EA application process with clear communication.
• Connect participants with housing, utility, food, and employment resources.
• Maintain confidential case records in compliance with program standards.
