Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and screen applications; proactively collect missing information.
• Validate income, assess eligibility, and manage case referrals.
• Engage daily with program participants.
• Educate clients on program services and eligibility prerequisites.
• Maintain caseload documentation and update the state eligibility system.
