After completing the IMSTP training, you will perform duties in an office setting, with potential part-time telework. The role emphasizes accurate case decisions, strong communication, and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in interviewing or work requiring the analysis and interpretation of data
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience/training
• Eligibility determination for multiple assistance programs
• Ability to communicate clearly and gather information from customers

Responsibilities

• Eligibility Review for programs such as financial assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP, Nursing Home Care, and Waivers
• Customer Interviews via phone and in-person
• Policy application of state and federal regulations
• Data entry into automated systems and manual calculations
• Case documentation with clear and thorough notes
• Meet deadlines within established procedures
