Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college hours preferred.

• Experience with client information gathering and data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and recipients to collect financial information.
• Evaluate data from various sources and enter into eligibility systems.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility.
• Process work following state/federal regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
