Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Sixty (60) semester hours or ninety (90) quarter hours preferred.
• One year of customer service experience with public contact preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility for assistance programs.
• Enter data into a computer-based eligibility system.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility.
• Process work per regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
