• Demonstrated administrative experience and computer literacy including MS Office tools.
• Proficient in data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Cheerful, personable demeanor with professional interaction with families and providers.
• Detail-oriented and flexible to cover clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Staff services referrals by matching EI providers to cases based on location and availability.
• Intake referrals from evaluations and external sources.
• Onboard new providers with necessary tools and resources.
• Monitor caseloads of active providers and ensure ongoing activity.
• Address issues with parents, EIODs, service coordinators or providers in a professional manner.
• Outreach to EIODs and referral sources to build relationships.
• Adhere to Bureau of Intervention guidelines.
