Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related Health and Human Service field required.
• Must complete Introductory Service Coordination Training to be hired.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse families from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Proficiency with computer systems and documentation.
• Bilingual Spanish or Bengali highly preferred.
• American Sign Language a plus.
• Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.

We believe all children are capable of learning and achieving, and as a Service Coordinator, you will guide families through the EI process, ensure timely access to services, and empower families to advocate for their child's developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate IFSP meetings, ensuring family priorities are addressed

Work Model

In-person, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Eligible for one remote day per week after completing one month of employment.
