Worlds of Fun is hiring an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) & Compliance Manager to lead park-wide programs supporting guests, associates, and operations. You will monitor regulatory compliance, perform risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions while promoting a proactive safety culture across all park departments.

The role reports to the Operations Director and offers full-time salaried employment with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and park privileges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in EHS, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems (OSHA 30 cert preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Administer and support park-wide Environmental, Health & Safety programs, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations; coordinate inspections and audits.
• Maintain safety documentation, records, reports, and regulatory files.
• Lead training and safety education initiatives; support contractor safety oversight.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action management.
• Prepare reports for leadership and track safety performance metrics.
