Job summary

Worlds of Fun LLC seeks an Emergency Medical Services & First Aid Operations Supervisor to lead the park’s EMS and First Aid programs, supervise staffing, and manage medical readiness, claims coordination, and return-to-work processes in partnership with HR, Operations, and EHS.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain equipment readiness, coordinate medical resources, and drive safety while guiding personnel development and incident response across the park.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree in EMS, Healthcare Admin, Emergency Management, Public Safety, Occupational Health, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Current EMT certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification.
• Minimum 3 years EMS, emergency response, healthcare operations, or medical services experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee EMS and First Aid operations, staffing, and emergency medical response across the park.
• Ensure compliance with EMS regulations, medical protocols, physician medical direction, and company standards.
• Monitor service levels, documentation, and clinical quality metrics.
• Coordinate with medical directors, healthcare partners, and emergency response agencies for high standards of care.
• Support medical preparedness for daily operations, events, and emergencies.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and liability claims administration and return-to-work processes.
