Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to coordinate care for Guests and Employees and ensure compliance across environmental, liability, and workers’ compensation programs.

You will lead safety initiatives, evaluate injury trends, manage claims, and collaborate with Corporate and other parks to implement procedures. A strong background in EHS, regulatory knowledge, and leadership is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related Environmental, Health, and/or Safety experience or training.
• Minimum of 3 years medical service experience, preferably in occupational health or emergency medicine.
• Knowledge of environmental/safety laws and the ability to research new information and/or laws.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of health care for Guests and Employees.
• Assist park departments in resolving injuries through root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, general liability, and workers' compensation programs.
• Hire staff for Health Services to meet daily operational needs and train team members.
• Oversee safety programs, track injury trends, and implement protocols with other parks.
• Manage claims processing for Workers’ Compensation and general liability.
• Conduct and oversee accident investigations.
• Monitor environmental regulatory programs and compliance with federal, state, and local rules.
