Sesame Place Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead parkwide safety programs for guests and team members. You will coordinate and supervise health and safety activities, monitor incidents, and drive root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

This role requires at least five years in EHS, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Environmental, Health, and/or Safety.
• Minimum 3 years medical service experience, preferably in occupational health or similar.
• Knowledge of environmental/safety laws and ability to research new information.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, travel as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise EHS program delivery for Guests and Team Members.
• Manage injury investigations and root cause analysis.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and environmental regulatory program management.
• Oversee workers' compensation and general liability claims.
• Develop safety initiatives and provide staff training.
• Monitor safety metrics and report trends to leadership.
