Job summary

The State of Vermont is seeking an Economic Services Supervisor in the Barre district office to plan, assign, and review the work of eligibility staff. You will evaluate performance, distribute workload, and ensure compliance with program regulations while collaborating with district and central offices.

You will assess staff training needs, develop district trainings, and review a range of reports to inform growth opportunities. Travel to partner offices may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus five years of related experience in benefits or case management.
• Associates degree plus three years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher plus one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and review the work of eligibility staff.
• Interpret policies and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Review reports and perform monthly case reviews to track performance.
