Job summary

The Home Visitor (Parent Educator) role delivers Save the Children’s Home Visiting Program using the Parents as Teachers model, supporting families from pregnancy through kindergarten entry. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Passing score on the Parapro Exam or 60 college credit hours.
• Experience working with pregnant families or young children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll families with children from birth through kindergarten entry.
• Plan, provide, and document personal visits focused on parent-child interaction and development.
• Provide group connections and support transitions to early childhood programs.
