Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Passing Parapro Exam or 60 college credit hours required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll families from birth through kindergarten.
• Plan, provide, and document visits focused on parent-child interaction and development.
• Provide group connections, such as parent-child groups and family workshops.
• Complete family-centered assessments and update goals.
• Document child development screenings, health reviews, and observations as scheduled.
• Assist families with transitions to early childhood programs and preschool.
