Job summary

Planet Technologies UG seeks a Dynamics CRM Developer to support Peace Corps initiatives. You will configure and customize Dynamics CRM, develop JavaScript and workflows, and create SSRS reports within an Agile team.

Work involves collaboration with senior developers, administrators, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable CRM solutions. 3+ years in Dynamics CRM in federal contexts is preferred; Washington DC area location.

Qualifications

• Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions.
• JavaScript customizations and classic workflows.
• Experience with FetchXML queries and SSRS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement CRM solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
• Leverage Azure DevOps and participate in daily scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies.
• Create technical designs, mock-ups, and prototypes to support CRM enhancements and new functionality.
• Participate in technical design discussions, solution reviews, and testing activities.
• Configure and customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, controls, and business processes.
• Develop JavaScript customizations, workflows, and supported CRM automation solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and solution design artifacts.
• Develop FetchXML queries, SSRS reports, and supporting SQL-based reporting solutions.
• Perform unit testing, regression testing, QA validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with administrators, project managers, developers, and end users to deliver maintainable CRM solutions.
