Job summary

Kentro is seeking a Journeyman-level Project Manager to support USASOC CDAO under the EDAT program in Fayetteville, NC. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering data, analytics, and technology initiatives across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management, with DoD or federal experience, and can coordinate diverse stakeholders. Onsite work in Fayetteville, NC, with a strong emphasis on compliance and collaboration with government and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with DoD or federal government programs.
• Experience managing IT, software development, data, analytics, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to deliver clear status reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of USASOC CDAO projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across government personnel, contractors, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Track scope, requirements, risks, issues, actions, and decisions through completion.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Monitor performance against schedules and customer requirements.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, software developers, and cybersecurity personnel.
