Qualifications

• Must have full authority to act for the Contractor on contract matters.
• Available by phone within one hour during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for Base Operations and Environmental program activities.
• Manage contractor performance in accordance with PWS.
• Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan.
