Occam Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Arlington, Virginia to lead a Department of Defense data, analytics, cloud, and IT program in support of ONR.

The PM will serve as the Government's primary point of contact and accountability for contract execution, schedule, risk, quality, staffing, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate must meet the “Senior Project Manager” labor category, including CM-level leadership, PM/CSM/SAFe-A references, and security clearance

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience managing DoD IT service contracts and communicating with senior Government personnel.
• PMI- or Agile-related certification: PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist (SA).
• Experience as PM on contracts meeting thresholds of >$5M AV or teams >15 personnel.
• Contract must include Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analytics, and Agile Software Development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government's primary point of contact and single point of accountability for program execution.
• Provide leadership for program schedule, risk, quality, staffing, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute the Project Management Plan per PWS and CDRL requirements.
• Coordinate across cloud, data analytics, AI/ML, software development, and cybersecurity domains.
• Manage stakeholder communications and program reviews (QCMRs, status meetings).
• Ensure compliance with security, RMF/ATO, and government policy.
