Credence is seeking a Data Science Manager at the journeyman level to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role transforms complex procurement and enterprise data into insights via analytics, dashboards, and automation for Air Force stakeholders.

The candidate will connect data across systems, improve data quality, and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions while collaborating with mission-critical teams.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or higher required.
• BA/BS degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years directly related experience.
• Knowledge of government programs, analytics platforms, and data tools.
• Experience with DoD/Air Force IT systems and analytics tools.
• Experience with data visualization and BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable analytics and BI solutions.
• Develop dashboards, data models, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Lead data modernization efforts and data governance practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit BI requirements.
• Create training materials and provide end-user training.
