• Assist individuals with participation in social, community and recreational activities.
• Promote wellness-related activities in the home and community.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
• Contribute to implementing individual service plans.
• Help ensure homes are safe and comfortable, supporting client autonomy.
