Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment physical.
• Able to pass a drug screen and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene and medication administration (with training).
• Monitor health and safety of residents.
• Support involvement in community and in-home activities.
• Develop rapport and a safe, supportive relationship with residents.
• Help residents meet health, safety, and behavior goals per individual plans.
