Hope Network New Passages in Grandville, MI seeks a Direct Support Professional for the 2nd shift (8 hours) on-site. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support in our residential and rehabilitation programs, helping individuals develop daily living skills and independence while promoting dignity and safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and building supportive relationships. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are preferred; paid training and career growth

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with people with disabilities or mental health needs is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
