This role involves assisting the Group Home Supervisor with daily tasks and supervising activities during evening shifts.

You will train new staff, help with fire drills and meal assessments, and complete essential documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Group Home Supervisor with fire drills, meal time assessments and other tasks.
• Train new staff on processes throughout the home.
• Complete a grocery list for the Group Home Manager as directed.
• Assist with pre-employment screening and required credentialing as applicable.
