RHA Health Services, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Direct Support Professional/Mentor to provide hands-on support in residential and day settings. You will mentor Direct Support Employees, help with training, and ensure staff coverage across three shifts under the Residential Team Leader.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, CPR and First Aid certification, and experience with IDD populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage.
• CPR, First Aid, Med Tech, and NCI certifications preferred.
• Prefer experience working with IDD individuals.

Responsabilités

• Assist people supported to identify personal outcomes that best suit their interests, culture, and future goals.
• Mentor, train, and coach Direct Support Employees to ensure quality service.
• Assist with staff coverage across three shifts as scheduled by the Residential Team Leader.
• Promote dignity, respect, individualism, and quality of life for people supported.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of group homes and related vehicles; support daily living activities.
