Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist I to independently perform radiographic exams per department protocols and ACR standards. You will work with state-of-the-art imaging equipment and PACS, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining patient comfort and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have completed an accredited Radiology Technology program and are registry eligible, with a preferred associate degree and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited Radiology Technology Program and registry eligible.
• Associates Degree in Radiology Technology preferred.
• At least one year of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets, escorts, assesses, educates and ensures patient comfort and safety.
• Performs exams using ALARA standards.
• Follows established exam protocols and documents correctly.
• Enters examinations accurately and documents charges.
• Electronically sends and stores images in PACS.
• Maintains department records and quality safety logs.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and safety culture.
• Coordinates schedule with supervisor to meet patient needs.
