Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to independently perform radiographic exams per department protocols and ACR standards, using PACS and modern imaging equipment. You will maintain safety and quality, document procedures, and support a culture of safety in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

Completed accredited Radiology Technology Program and registry eligible.
Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT registry eligible.
Must obtain ARRT within 12 months of hire.
Basic Life Support Certification.
Experience: at least one year (preferred).

Responsibilities

Greet, assess, educate and comfort patients; verify exam orders.
Perform exams using ALARA standards.
Follow established exam protocols and document results.
Enter exams accurately and ensure proper charges.
Store images in PACS and maintain records.
Maintain clean, safe work environment and safety culture.
Coordinate schedule with supervisor to ensure adequate staffing.
