Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time position at ContinueCARE Hospital with Baptist Health Paducah. You will care for critically ill patients, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families during recovery.

Ideal candidates hold a Kentucky nursing license (or compact) with 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and are able to obtain ACLS within 90 days. BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Kentucky RN license or compact state required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused care.
• Passionate, collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
