Job summary

Vibra Healthcare’s ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time role. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care plans.

The position requires an active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state, at least 1 year in acute care, ICU, or LTAC, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
