ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with Vibra Healthcare, LLC. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients on a LTAC pathway, collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

We require an active Kentucky RN license, 1+ year acute/ICU/LTAC experience, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and a compassionate,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care excellence.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families; advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
