Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a direct-hire, full-time LTAC partnership role at ContinueCARE Hospital in Paducah, KY. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate has an active KY or compact-state RN license, with 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred, and must obtain BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
