Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah, part of Vibra Healthcare, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time role with an LTAC partner.

You will provide direct care to high-acuity patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, and document findings.

Candidates should hold a Kentucky RN license or compact state, with 1+ year in acute care/ICU/LTAC; BLS is required and ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in KY or a compact state required.
• 1+ year in acute care, ICU or LTAC preferred.
• BLS is required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.

Skills
