Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah in Kentucky. This direct hire, full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality care to critically ill or medically complex patients within a LTAC setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state is required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset and professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
