Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah, a Vibra Healthcare LTAC partner, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

Applicants should hold an active RN license in Kentucky (or compact state), have 1+ year in acute care/ICU/LTAC, and obtain BLS. ACLS within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
