Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with diverse groups.
• Ability to develop individualized employment plans (IEP) and assess job readiness.
• Strong motivational interviewing skills and counseling techniques.
• Ability to record data, generate reports and manage caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Support and adhere to Intervention Inc. mission, values and Code of Conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Maintain complete, accurate and timely case files for each client on caseload.
• Develop Individualized Employment Plan (IEP) for each client with goals and job search expectations.
• Provide job search support, resume reviews and mock interviews.
