Intervention, Inc. in Colorado is seeking an Employment and Resource Navigator (Part-Time, Day Shift) in Greeley, CO.

You will assess job readiness, develop Individualized Employment Plans, monitor progress, and help clients access needed resources to integrate into the workforce. Responsibilities include maintaining case files, providing resume reviews and mock interviews, and coordinating with the Case Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in job placement, recruiting, teaching, counseling, social work, or related fields.
• Experience applying Motivational Interviewing techniques.
• Strong coaching and counseling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to develop case plans and conduct assessments.
• Ability to enter data and generate reports using databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in workforce integration and job readiness.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Employment Plans (IEP).
• Maintain complete and timely case files.
• Provide job search support: resume reviews and mock interviews.
• Refer clients to resources to achieve employment stability.
• Drive to court/jail or other sites as required and in adverse weather.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and ensure regular attendance.
