Job summary

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, assist OT services and programs in accordance with regulations.
• Assists with directing OT services and daily patient care activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and program records.
• Ensure effective communication regarding OT programs and patient care.
• Assist with discharge planning and resident care plans.
