Job summary

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, assist Occupational therapist with directing occupational therapy services as well as its programs and activities in accordance with current regulations and guidelines that govern the skilled nursing facility.
• Assists Occupational Therapist with the daily management of patient care.
• Maintains documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participates with discharge planning and development of resident care plans.
