Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Walpole, MA, is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapy services in a senior living setting. You will work under an Occupational Therapist to deliver individualized activities and daily living training while maintaining patient progress notes.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree in OTA, NBCOT certification, and current MA licensure, with a preference for OT experience in hospital, clinic, school, or long-term care

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Current state licensure to practice as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy following the plan of care.
• Progress documentation and reporting to supervising OT.
