Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness team. In this role you will lead group classes, design personalized training plans, and support clients in achieving health and fitness goals.

You will monitor safety, deliver one-on-one consultations, and help implement incentive and health-promotion programs across the facility, driving engagement and outcomes for diverse client populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE is required.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality and strong customer service abilities.
• Minimum of 1+ years of industry experience; internship experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes, catering to various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design workout programs for a wide range of clients.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation to help clients succeed.
• Assist with implementing incentive, health promotion, and other programs to drive engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Assist with additional duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
