Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach to support a corporate wellness center. You will lead group classes, monitor safety, and tailor plans for varied clients, including high-risk populations. You’ll perform fitness assessments, provide personalized training, and motivate clients toward health goals.

In this role you’ll also assist with incentive programs, health promotions, and routine administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the fitness facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• 1) Industry certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) preferred.
• At least 6 months of industry experience and group exercise teaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct group exercise classes for diverse fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise plans.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and motivation for clients.
• Assist with incentive programs and health promotion initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks and support day-to-day fitness facility operations.
