Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Corporate Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that boost employee knowledge and performance.

You will partner with HR, leaders, SMEs, and staff to identify learning needs, create role-based and enterprise programs, manage the LMS, and administer training records. You will deliver in-person, virtual, or blended programs, adapt to audience needs, and advance onboarding, performance, and career development initiatives across TAS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in training & development, HR, business administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in training development and delivery for a manufacturing company.
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Experience with LMS (learning management system).
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, performance data, and input from managers and employees.
• Translate needs into measurable learning objectives, curricula, and training plans aligned to business priorities.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning content with instructional-design principles.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops; adapt delivery to audience needs and schedules.
• Maintain and improve training content based on feedback and changing needs.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to develop training plans and confirm content accuracy.
• Serve as LMS power user and administrator: course setup, assignments, tracking, reporting, and data quality.
• Support HR and management integrating learning initiatives with onboarding, performance management, career development, succession planning, and broader talent strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in employee development.
• Assist in other HR areas as needed.
