Job summary

OHI Inc is seeking a dedicated CSP to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live semi-independently in the community. You will teach daily living and work skills, administer medications and first aid, and help coordinate medical appointments.

You will also maintain detailed records, safeguard residents’ resources, and uphold OHI’s values and policies in all interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role with health and life insurance, paid orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Teach daily living, communication, and work skills.
• Administer medications and provide first aid.
• Provide safe transportation.
• Assist with or coordinate medical and other support service appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Safeguard the money and personal resources of people supported.
• Implement OHI’s philosophy, policies, and procedures.
