Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Woodside Village, a 160-unit apartment community in Greeley, CO. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, maximize occupancy and resident retention, and manage on-site staff and vendors.

The role requires experience in multifamily property management, strong communication, and the ability to work within budgetary constraints; a 2-year degree is required with a 4-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to speak in front of groups; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages property(ies) to maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Supervises staff, conducts orientation and training, and handles performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Communicates with residents to foster good relations and retention; resolves resident issues promptly.
• Oversees budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to accounting directives.
• Reviews lease agreements, rent collection, move-ins/outs, and move-out charges.
