Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Community Manager for Vinewood, a 200-unit community in Dallas, TX. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure occupancy goals, and manage staff and maintenance while focusing on resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2-year degree (4-year preferred), hands-on multifamily experience, and strong communication skills. It offers opportunities for growth within a values-driven, community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree; 4-year preferred; ARM/COS/RAM or similar designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance for the property.
• Establish and maintain a pleasant atmosphere and strong relations with residents; ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance reviews and manage salary actions per policy.
• Oversee rent collection, move-ins/outs and evictions per policy; coordinate with housing programs as needed.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and adherence to accounting directives; monitor variances.
• Supervise contractors and vendors; ensure quality workmanship and contract compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and Dominium policies; maintain property records.
