Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Woodside Village, a 160-unit apartment community in Greeley, CO. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, occupancy goals, and resident relations within a large, mission-driven affordable housing organization.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in multifamily property management and be proficient with MS Office and Yardi. A 2-year degree is required, with a 4-year degree preferred and designations such as ARM/COS/RAM favored.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (or equivalent).
• Experience with tax credit properties preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background helpful.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language a plus.
• Experience coaching and developing staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations for Woodside Village and similar communities.
• Maximize occupancy, collections, and resident retention while maintaining property appearance.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendors; plan training and performance reviews.
• Maintain budget adherence and HR-related duties per company policy.
• Respond to resident needs and maintain strong community relations.
